Women were treated to a fun night of shopping, camaraderie and munchies last month when Northern’s highly anticipated annual Ladies Night made its return across communities.

Ladies Night is one of Northern’s biggest event night of the year, when women of the community can do a one-stop shop. Local women come together for a stress-free evening to meet and chat with other women in the community, play games, and enjoy snacks provided by the store.  

“What I enjoyed the most about Ladies Night is watching the ladies enjoy shopping and mingling,” said Helena Ekootak, a cashier at the Northern store in Ulukhaktok, NT.
