Held at the community band hall on December 5, 2025, the celebration featured special performances of local Dene songs, Christmas carols, and interactive games for seniors, adding to the joyful spirit of the gathering.

As part of the celebration, the band purchased and assembled Northern grocery hampers for elders to enjoy during this holiday season. Store Manager Mayank Mittal and Grocery Manager Prabhjot Sekhon from Northern volunteered their time to serve food, take photos, and support the evening’s activities to ensure everything ran smoothly.

In appreciation of these efforts, the band invited the Northern team to attend a celebratory staff dinner following the event. The store was also grateful to receive large-scale Christmas grocery hamper orders.

“Supporting local events is a great opportunity for us to build strong community connections,” said Store Manager Mittal. “It was an amazing experience to learn more about the community’s cultural traditions and to share in the holiday spirit.”
