Our Northern store in Berens River, Manitoba, recently donated winter gear to support local students as the community continues to recover and rebuild from a January electrical fire that resulted in the loss of critical school infrastructure earlier this year.

With the school relying on community spaces and support from local partners to continue classes, the store was eager to help in any way possible. The store team worked closely with school leadership and provided outerwear like mitts and hats to 70 students, helping them stay warm throughout the winter term.

The store looks forward to continuing its support for Berens River youth and families as the community navigates this time of recovery and rebuilding.
