On Aug. 29, RiteWay Pasea, located on the island of Tortola, BVI, distributed 100 backpacks filled with back-to-school essentials to help support preschoolers in the community as they prepare for an exciting new academic year.

Each year, RiteWay hosts their annual backpack giveaways in selected communities it serves, bringing together families and youth to celebrate the back-to-school season.

“It's such a joy to see the little ones get excited about their goodie bags,” shared Community and Culture Officer Karen Ward. “Our RiteWay team is overjoyed to cheer on our young learners as they begin a new school year. They are the future of the communities we proudly serve.”

The RiteWay team looks forward to continuing to support youth and bring the joy of learning to more communities in the BVI through initiatives like this.
