The North West Company was proud to sponsor the 40th annual Nattiq Frolics in Kugluktuk. Nattiq Frolics is a celebration of “the return of the sun” which takes place over the course of a week. During that time the community holds events such as snowmobiling races, drumming, square dancing, traditional cooking and harpoon throwing. The event showcases the tradition and culture of Kugluktuk with people attending from neighboring communities.
